House Rules
- To finalize the booking, we will send you an electronic rental agreement to sign so please be on the lookout for that in your email. We will also need a copy of your ID which can be uploaded securely when filling out the rental agreement. This must be completed within 48 hours of booking as it's required per our insurance and HOA. - Guest signing the rental agreement must be at least 25 years, the name on the credit card must match your ID and rental agreement, and must be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. - No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at the property. - No Smoking in and around the property. - If excessive wear and tear is found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded (occupancy is 8 people) or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, the Owner has the right to evict the Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $500. If any sign of smoking, vaping, tobacco product use, and/or illegal drugs is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. - Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay. - Pets: This is a private Rental Property and only two pets (dogs only) are allowed that weigh 25 pounds or less each. Please keep your pet off the furniture and monitor them closely as the Owner is not responsible for their safety. The Guest agrees: --There will be an additional $200 fee if pet hair is found on furniture or bedding. --All excess dog hair will be swept, vacuumed, or otherwise picked up and removed from the inside of the unit before departure. --Pets must be house-broken, up to date on all vaccinations especially rabies, and at least one year old. --All pets must be treated with topical flea repellant 3 days before arrival. --Pets must be crated if left alone in the home and leashed in all public areas. --Guests are responsible for their pet’s supplies including food, beds, blankets, bowls, etc. --To rinse off dirt and sand that the pet may have accumulated while outside, and dry thoroughly before entering the Rental Property. --To clean up after their dog and dispose of their waste promptly. --To keep the dog from being noisy and/or aggressive and causing annoyance or discomfort to others. --Dog beds, blankets, etc. should not and will not be washed in the washer and dryer in the Rental Property. --Any dog with a recorded history of biting is strictly prohibited. --If any sign of pet damage or an unauthorized pet is discovered, then the Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the Guest an additional minimum $500 fee. --The Pet fee is per dog and nonrefundable. --To communicate with the Owner about bringing a dog and getting approval from the Owner via Airbnb messenger, text, or phone call before bringing a dog or risk being charged $500 for nondisclosure for each animal.No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
